Our Story
Growing up, my favorite Sundays' memory was the aroma of spiced charcoal-grilled fish made by my parents at the yard of my home in Indonesia. That bite from the smoky, sweet, and fiery Ikan Bakar is something I really missed after moving to the Netherlands.
Because I couldn't find that authenticity anywhere here, I started IKAN Amsterdam to share that experience here.
